Congratulations to all the Summer Experience prize winners and the Goffstown community! 🥳 Adults, kids, and teens read, participated, and completed challenges for their chances to win. The Community Reading Challenge was a great success—our reading goal was 4,000 hours and we collectively read 7,592—exceeding the goal by 3,592 hours!
The 2023 summer experience theme All Together Now celebrated kindness, friendship, and unity with themed programs and activities to support a love of reading and learning.

September is Library Card Sign-up Month, a time when the Goffstown Public Library joins the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries nationwide to remind everyone about the valuable resources available with a library card. From borrowing books, e-books, and audiobooks, to getting homework help, learning new skills, or attending a book club or story time, a library card helps everyone do more of what they enjoy.
There’s something for everyone at the Goffstown Public Library and signing up for a library card is the first step on the path to academic achievement and lifelong learning for students. It's elemental, really—everyone should have one! If you're a student at a Goffstown public school, you qualify for a Library card. Spread the word to your classmates today!"
Need to replace your lost library card? During September, we will replace your missing GPL card and waive the replacement fee of $2.00! Stop in and start reading again!
