With the new spa. database there will be an identifier change from 'spc.' to 'spa.' effective December 18, 2023.
To facilitate this transition, the new database will be available to view from December 5th until December 18th. During this time, we encourage all members to explore the new fields and inputs in the database.
December 14th: Input of listings and edits or changes need to be complete by end of day.
December 15th: Both spc. and spa. MLS databases will be read only. The implementation process will begin.
Both databases will be read only from Friday, December 15th at 9:00am to Monday, December 18th at 9:00am. Meaning you will not be able to add or change any listing data during the read only period.
December 18th: The new spa. database will be LIVE and will become the active database for all listing entry/input and data changes.
We have made the new listing input forms available on our website (and below) and have published training videos on our YouTube Channel to help members learn the new database. We also have training classes scheduled to be held in person and virtual (register below).

Important Note: December 15th to 18th, access to the MLS Database will be temporarily unavailable. This is due to the implementation process and preparations for the upcoming LIVE date of December 18th. During this period, users will not be able to access the database.
