Halloween is a great time in West County!
I remember not too long ago trick-or-treating with my own kids (My 15-year-old daughter now says she's too old for trick-or-treating).
Neighborhoods come alive, there is a chill in the air, and children and families in creative costumes joyously celebrate at parties and events or on their block.
