Church Database
Over the past several months, the database of all church members has been slowly migrated from an older program to a new online platform called REALM.
Each member of St. Thomas will be sent an email invitation to join REALM by creating their own sign-in password. Only YOU will know what it is. This is a secure system which is administered by the church office. By choosing to participate in REALM, you will be able to update your own contact information and will be able to see the contact information of other participating parish members.
Please note that only St. Thomas members who have submitted a membership form have been migrated to this new system. So, if you do NOT receive an email invitation to join REALM in the next week, please contact the office so we can catch up on the paperwork! And don’t worry, you are not alone. There are many people who have attended St. Thomas faithfully over the years, but have never filled out a membership form. We do hope you will now, though, as it is important for us to maintain an accurate record of our current membership.
If you would like to include a photo, either of your self or your family, we have the ability to add this to your profile. How nice for newcomers to be able to put a face and name together as they get to know others in the parish!
You can now link directly to REALM through our website. Click on “Member Login” on the lower task bar.
