Hello Sun Valley Families!

STAFF MEMBER OF THE WEEK

CHRISTOPHER QUINTANS

Ms. Hill's choice for Staff Member of the Week is Mr. Quintans. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about his content area but he is committed to building strong relationships with students. His dedication to the SVHS student body is commendable. I am always inspired by his patience and understanding even when challenging situations arise. Mr. Quintans is flexible and continues to push his students to be the best version of themselves. We are lucky to have Mr. Quintans at SVHS and I’m grateful for his support and compassion for students.

STUDENTS OF THE WEEK

CHASE AMBROSELLI

Ms. Mancarella has selected Chase Ambroselli as student of the week. Chase has really impressed me this year with his drive to succeed. He is determined to do well in his classes and shows it by being on task, asking good questions, and asking for feedback. He helps out his classmates when he can, and participates in every lesson and discussion. He also greets his peers and me each morning by asking how our days are going so far, which is a great way to share kindness and positivity. Keep up the great work, Chase!

RYAN ZEBLEY

Ms. Mancarella has selected Ryan Zebley for Student of the Week. Ryan comes to second period every day ready to learn. She always participates in class discussion, takes her time on her work, asks good questions, and always keeps a positive attitude. She sets a wonderful example on what it means to be ready, respectful, and responsible. She also always has great movie recommendations. Keep up the good work, Ryan, and happy early birthday!

JESSIE BOYCHENKO

Ms. Larck-Fiorilli has selected Jessie Boychenko as Student of the Week. Every day that Jessie walks into my 2nd period class, she greets me with a warm smile and kind hello. Not only is Jessie incredibly caring towards her teachers and peers, she is also one of the hardest working and dedicated students I have ever met. Jessie, you truly inspire me every day with your work ethic and kindness!

CHASE ROBERTS

Ms. Larck-Fiorilli has nominated Chase Roberts for Student of the Week. I was lucky enough to have Chase in my 8th period class this year. Throughout the entirety of this school year, Chase has consistently put forth his best effort in the assignments he has been given and is an active participant during class discussions. Not only that, but Chase is always there to hold the door for his peers at the end of the day. Thank you so much for being an amazing student and peer, Chase!
