Message from Sun Valley Admin | |
Hello Sun Valley Families!
We would like to wish you all a happy New Year! Let's make 2025 the best one yet!
We welcome all students back tomorrow January 2nd!
Please ensure that everyone is on time! Remember, Sun Valley students

January is a super busy month!
Next week we start our winter wave of Keystones. This testing session is for re-testers only. Monday begins the Algebra Keystone. All students who are expected to test received an email before break. We will have posters up in the lobby of our testers and their locations starting on Thursday!
We will be sending out further information for scheduling our Evening Parent Conferences that will be held Thursday January 16th. We will also host an advanced credit information system that same evening at 6:00pm in the auditorium.
This month student's and families will receive the 2025-2026 course catalog and student's will begin requesting their courses for next year. More information on this to come soon!
Thank you for your support and
Have a great week!

He writes, I would like to nominate Jenn Josephson for Employee of the Week. Jenn is one of our outstanding gym and health teachers, and I am nominating her for her hard work and dedication to her students. I have the pleasure of knowing her not only as a coworker but also as a parent of one of her students. Every day, she goes above and beyond to support her students both inside and outside the classroom. I truly appreciate and admire her wonderful ability to connect with her students. Thank you, Jenn, for being the caring person and teacher that you are.

NOAH COATES
Selected by: Ms. Starinieri
Noah's strive to do well recently has not gone unnoticed. If Noah misses an assignment due to being absent or tardy, Noah will always be sure to ask me what he missed. Even as Noah completes assignments, he will often ask me how he can improve. It's an admirable quality to have when a student is always seeking to hit their highest potential; I believe that Noah is doing just that. Congrats and keep it up!
