Hello Sun Valley Families!
We hope you are having a wonderful April!
This is the final week of Quarter 3!
As we lead into the final quarter of the year we are looking to finish strong! This requires all of our students to continue to make academics their first priority by consistently meeting the expectations of Ready, Respectful, and Responsible. Some areas we are working on reinforcing are keeping cell phones away, arriving to school and class on time, turning assignments in on time and being kind/respectful to one another. We thank you in partnering with us in ensuring your students meet these expectations
John Paul Roskos

Today's blood drive was a success! We had 45 successful donors. 40 who gave blood and 5 who gave power red which is a double donation. We are grateful to all the students and the faculty who participated. Can’t wait to do it again next year. | |
State Senator Kearney and State Representative O’Mara are hosting an Apprenticeship & Trades Fair. Students and faculty in grades 7-12 are invited to attend to learn more about careers, trades, and labor employment. Please push this out through your communication channels. It is a great chance for families and staff to learn more about these opportunities!

Participants will commit to “Freezin’ for a reason” and will walk, run, dance or skip through a water shower created by a fire hose on behalf of Special Olympics Athletes and their Unified Partners that participate in Unified Champion Schools. Tickets cost $5 to participate and any participant who joins our fundraising team AND raises a minimum of $35 will receive a COOL SCHOOLS RAIN RALLY PLUNGE t-shirt.
