Every dollar donated to CWNY provides crucial support for our programs and services. CWNY offers a multitude of classes, workshops, and services, under four main programs: EmployHer, EducateHer, EmbraceHer, and EmpowHer. CWNY seeks to support the whole woman: to empower her economically and educationally, to support and fulfill her mentally and socially, and to encourage and enhance her mental and physical health.

$25 provides refreshments for our community space

$25 allows us to create a warm and welcoming space to build and host the community who benefit from our programs and services. Sometimes that looks as simple as providing snacks and refreshments for our participants.

$50 can purchase materials for an Art Workshop

Just $50 can provide materials for a community Art Workshop. Our classes and workshops offer indispensible opportunities for our participants to come together, build relationships, and enjoy our community. The quality of life and wellbeing of our participants is vital to our mission.

$100 can provide supplies for our Gardening Workshops!

Our Gardening and Sustainability Workshops not only offer participants an opportunity to connect, but also an opportunity to learn and build skills that benefit our community and our world. Sustainability is imperative to the future of our planet, and our participants are engaged in the creation of a better, safer world.

$500 pays for Computer Training Courses for 5 participants

CWNY will offer Computer Training Courses in key workforce skills, like Quickbooks, free of charge for participants. Access to workforce training provides participants with crucial resources to improve their employment prospects, and help them attain financial security. Women who are economically empowered are able to take control of their lives and make empowered choices. Your support economically empowers our participants and gives them agency over their lives.
