Model Trains

Thurs., Dec. 18, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm

For one evening, model train layouts will be on display in the Tallahassee Senior Center auditorium and members of the Model Railroad club will be available to answer questions. Kids are free / $5 donation for adults. Refreshments will be served.

Accepting Nominations for Silver Stars

Do you know someone who is an example of optimal, positive aging or community service since turning age 60? Nominate them as a Silver Star! Eight Silver Stars will be selected from nominees to be recognized at the Silver Stars Gala on May 7.



Silver Stars come from all walks of life - teachers, nurses, church or community leaders, scientists, military veterans, grandparents and more. The one thing Silver Stars have in common is their approach to optimal aging and maintaining an active lifestyle.
