The Fall Trailways Board of Directors and the Trailways.com Board of Managers meeting were recently held on October 18 & 19 in Fairfax, Va. It was great to gather in-person and have face-to-face conversations to discuss exciting updates and important issues facing the organization.

What's New & Exciting at Trailways.com?
Trailways.com reached its highest monthly gross ticket sales of over 950K during October 2022, the highest since the division was founded in late 2019. This record can be attributed to travelers returning to normal habits following the Covid 19 pandemic and the release of new products and services that are resonating with our customers.
Trailways.com fielded over 1,750 tickets in the Customer Service Center during October of 2022.
The team is making preparations for increased traffic this holiday season when we expect to support over 200,000 sessions each month from more than 100,000 individual users.
We are excited to re-launch many technologies lost during our transition to the Multi Modal Cloud booking API this past June 2022 over the next 60 days. Some features we plan to re-launch include google advertisements and integrated marketing campaigns.
