United Way and Big League Impact Help Athletes Serve Communities

Through the United Way of Greater of St. Louis Volunteer Center partnership with Big League Impact, baseball players like Patrick Wisdom, are making a difference in their communities. See how this partnership provides opportunities for athletes to give back and uplift others beyond the game.

Free Tax Preparation Services for Eligible Families

Tax season is here! United Way 211 partners with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) coalition to provide free tax preparation for families earning $67K or less. With 600+ certified volunteers, the program helped secure over $17 million in refunds last year and saved taxpayers $6.1 million in fees. Do you know someone who could benefit? Foster Friends Volunteers Needed

The Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition needs Foster Friends volunteers! This is your chance to directly impact the lives of children in foster care while having fun. Foster Friends help supervise 2-3 children during our Parents’ Day Out events, which happen four times a year and last about 3 ½ to 5 hours.
