Have your tickets saved to your phone or printed before arriving at The Caverns. Parking lots and camping will open at 9:00a CT. You are welcome to tailgate until the gates open at 12:00p CT. See the map below for entry and exits.

BRING IT OR LEAVE IT

Small bags (under 4.5x6.5), empty 32oz water bottles and childcare/medical necessary items are permitted. No outside food or drinks inside the venue. All patrons will be screened prior to entering the venue. Please leave all large bags, and weapons at home. Be prepared to empty all pockets prior to entering the venue.

FOOD TRUCKS & CONCESSIONS

Food and craft vendors will be available in the rear of the amphitheater and in the parking lot. Enjoy food in the parking lot to avoid potential lines inside the venue. The Caverns concessions stand will be located at the rear of the amphitheater. Concessions are also available inside the cave. Concessions include beer, wine, canned cocktails, soft drinks, water and snacks.

RESERVED SEATING

If you have purchased a Reserved Seating ticket you will receive a credential at check-in to enter the front seating area. Only those with the proper credentials will be allowed in this area. Lawn GA tickets are behind reserved seats & welcome to bring un-bagged folding chairs - no blankets please.

DON'T MISS THE MERCH

The main artist merchandise stand will be located in the back of the Amphitheater next to the concessions building. There will be a secondary merchandise location inside the cave. The Caverns merchandise will be located in the back of the concessions building. The only place to get The Caverns merchandise is at The Caverns!

WIFI & CELL SERVICE

Wifi is typically available inside the amphitheater and Big Mouth Cave by joining the network “thecaverns” using the password “thecaverns." Wifi is not available in the campground and cell service can be spotty depending on the weather/provider.

HYDRATION STATION

Please stay hydrated! All concession stands will be selling water from 12p-12a. We will have complimentary canned water served behind the concessions building from 5p-12a. Please recycle!

TROUBLE WALKING?

Enjoy a stroll through the woods along a shaded footpath covered with wood chips from the amphitheater parking lot to the amphitheatre. With a distance of approximately 1,200 feet (.22 miles), if you or someone in your party cannot make this walk, please email [email protected] at least 48 hours before your event for assistance getting into the venue.

CAVE VENUE ACCESS

Acts will be performing on both cave and amp stages throughout the day. The John Beatz Stage (cave stage) is an intimate experience with limited capacity. Access will be one in one out. Please look at the schedule and plan ahead.

CAMPING INFORMATION

Take the first entrance off of Charlie Roberts Road. Follow the signs on the road and enter at the first entrance only. All camping is primitive and water is not available in the campgrounds. Please bring all the water you need and stay hydrated. Each campsite is 20x20 for up to 4 people and can accommodate the car you're in and 1-2 tents.
