CONCESSIONS, FOOD, HYDRATION, MERCHANDISE & VENDING IN THE VENUE
Outside food and beverages are NOT allowed in the venue, please leave them in your car—tailgating welcome. No outside food and beverages are allowed past the footpath and in the venue/amphitheater/cave area. No glass is allowed on the property. See a full list of prohibited items here.
Water - There will be complimentary canned water available in the rear of the amphitheater. Look for a tent in the rear of the venue for the free canned water. For those in Reserved Seating, a water station will also be available underground in the cave. The Caverns is in a rural, beautiful area that is not serviced by public water. Concessions sell spring water at multiple locations in the venue. Please stay hydrated and safe. No water containers or camelbacks are allowed in the venue as there is no safe place to fill them. The water in the bathrooms is not potable please do not drink.
Concessions - The Caverns concessions stand will be located at the rear of the amphitheater. Mobile bars will also be throughout the venue. Concessions are also available inside the cave exclusively for those in Reserved Seating. Concessions include beer, wine, canned cocktails, soft drinks, water and snacks.
Food & Craft Vendors - Food and craft vendors will be available in the rear of the amphitheater and in the parking lot. Only official, approved event vending will be allowed. No other sales will be allowed. Enjoy food in the parking lot to avoid potential lines inside the venue.
Merchandise - The main artist merchandise stand will be located in the back of the Amphitheatre next to the concessions building. There will be a secondary merchandise location for reserved seating ticket holders in the cave.
Bathrooms - Porta-potties are located behind the concessions building for all to use. If you purchased a reserved seating ticket you will have exclusive access to bathrooms located in the cave. To access underground facilities please use the path to the right of the stage and follow signage into the cave.

The Caverns underground music venue temperature remains 59 degrees year-round with 91% humidity. The cave feels cool when it's hot outside and warm on cold weather days.
The Caverns Amphitheater is an outdoor venue. Please be prepared by wearing proper footwear. The ground is uneven in many places and athletic/outdoor shoes are recommended. Please be aware of your surroundings at all times. Please stay on footpaths at all times and look out for each other. There are snakes, ticks and other potential natural concerns, please be aware of your surroundings and watch out for each other at all times. Let event staff know if you have encountered anything out of the ordinary.
SECURITY SCREENING
For everyone's safety please be aware and prepared that everyone is subject to search at any time at the discretion of the event organizers and security. All items listed in the Prohibited Items list below as well as all/any illegal items are not permitted in the campgrounds, performance area, parking areas or the venue. No glass is permitted onsite. No weapons of any kind are permitted, including pocket knives. All cars are subject to search upon arrival at check-in. No bags are allowed into the venue, please only bring in things that will fit in your pocket.
FIRST AID & POLICE
In case of an emergency please call 911 whenever outside of the cave. First aid is available in the amphitheater behind the concessions building, please see the map. Please seek out event staff if anything occurs and ask for assistance immediately. Please reference the site map for the location of first aid. Please see/notify site staff or police if you see anything out of the ordinary, or unusual or if anyone makes you uncomfortable. Also, look out for each other and inform venue staff if someone does not appear to be able to safely navigate the site so we can assist them and avoid any injuries.
DanceSafe and Calling All Crows will be onsite for your safety and protection.
WIFI & CELL SERVICE
Wifi is typically available inside the amphitheater and Big Mouth Cave by joining the network “thecaverns” using the password “thecaverns." There is no wifi available in the campground areas or in the Big Room Cave. Cell service is not available inside either of the caves. Please plan ahead and use wifi chat apps like WhatsApp or Messenger to communicate with your friends when on Wifi. Wifi is not available in the campground and cell service can be spotty depending on the weather/provider.
RIDESHARES & SHUTTLES
The Caverns is in a very beautiful but rural area and access to rideshare companies is not possible at this time. One alternative option is Bigfoot Shuttle Service who can be reached at 931-488-8652.
The Caverns is not officially associated with the vendor listed above. You are using vendors at your own risk. Please pre-plan and coordinate rides prior to the show date.
