✨ COMEDY/MAGIC: Magician Dustin Adcock is bringing his show, SLEIGHTLY SOUTHERN, to the main stage this weekend only. His shows are a delightful synergy of magic, mystery, comedy, and wonder.

🎭 YOUTH AUDITIONS: OCT is holding auditions for their upcoming Main Stage Youth production of Jack (or Jackie) and the Beanstalk! This production is set in the Appalachian Mountains and includes “Mountain Songs” that will have you tapping your toes! This production is for actors ages 8–17.

The newly opened Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar in Concord is already creating a buzz with its over-the-top offerings. 🍓🍫🍌 The milkshake bar brings a unique twist to the classic milkshake experience, offering a wide array of inventive and mouthwatering combinations.

What makes a Crazy Mason Milkshake different from the rest? All Crazy Mason milkshakes are served in a mason jar that the customer gets to keep.

• The signature shake at the Concord location is, "The Pit Stop: Sweet Victory in every sip." This signature creation is a nod to the city's spirit, featuring a vanilla-chocolate ice cream mix in a specially designed Concord mason jar.

🍕 Restaurants on the Move

Axios Charlotte did a feature article last week on Downtown Concord restaurant Gianni’s Trattoria's move to Gibson Mill. Mortice Commercial Real Estate shared a photo on social media of the planned new location which anyone who has visited the Gibson Mill campus will most likely recognize. There will be an addition that extends from the current “glass box” towards the road leading to Cabarrus Brewing Company.

Mortice Commercial Real Estate also shared on social media last week two exciting additions coming to Downtown Concord. A new venture, Sawmill Tavern, will be opening at 56 Union St South (left side), in the former Ti-Sun Wig Shop location. Charros Mexican Restaurant, currently located at 1044 Copperfield Blvd NE, will be opening at 48 Union St South (right side), which is the former Union Street Bistro space.
