Moving to CFCU Soon

Dear Member,



As part of the merger with Community First Credit Union (CFCU), your VCCU credit card will soon transition to CFCU. Here's what to expect.

Good News: No New Card Needed


You can continue using your current VCCU-branded credit card—no new card will be issued.


All the terms of your card will remain exactly the same, including your interest rate and payment due date.

 

Managing Your Credit Card Until June 10


You will continue to manage your credit card in the ‘My Credit Card’ section of VCCU Online Banking until June 10. You will still have access to a read-only version of VCCU Online Banking to allow you to:

  • View your credit card balance and transactions
  • Access past statements
  • Make payments

 

Making a Payment


You can make a payment:

  • Online via the ‘My Credit Card’ section of VCCU Online Banking
  • By mailing a check to: P.O. BOX 60510, CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA 91716-0510
  • By calling 866-591-2799

What Changes on June 10



Beginning June 10, credit card management will transition to CFCU. We’ll send you a new link to manage your card—the online experience will look exactly the same as you're used to.
