Important Changes to Servicing of

Your Mortgage Loan

Dear Member,

We’re reaching out to inform you of an important upcoming change regarding the servicing of your mortgage loan, loan suffix #

Effective June 1, 2025, the servicing of your mortgage will transfer from Vocality Community Credit Union (VCCU) to Community First Credit Union (CFCU), with servicing operations handled by our trusted partner, Cenlar—a national mortgage servicing company. While Community First will continue to hold your loan, Cenlar will now manage day-to-day servicing tasks like payment processing, statements, and escrow management.

What You Need to Know:

  • You will be mailed an official Notice of Servicing Transfer within 15 business days of your transfer date, which is scheduled for June 1. This notice simply informs you of the change in servicer from Vocality to Community First / Cenlar. In addition, Cenlar will send you a Welcome Letter with more information about your mortgage loan transfer.

  • You can view your mortgage loan online in CFCU Digital Banking approximately one week after June 1 to allow time for your loan to transition to the Cenlar system. Note that Cenlar will have limited access to your loan details by phone during this transition time.

  • After June 1, you will make your payments directly to Cenlar online, by phone, or by mail.
  • Pay Online: After the transition week, log into CFCU Digital Banking to view your mortgage loan and make a payment in the Cenlar Mortgage area. You can register for CFCU Digital Banking on the CFCU website at comfirstcu.org or download the CFCU mobile app.
  • Pay by phone: by calling Cenlar at 1.888.752.9137
  • Pay by mail at:

Payment Processing Center

P.O. Box 54040

Los Angeles, CA 90054

  • Automatic Transfers: If you had automatic transfers set up through VCCU, these will be discontinued. After the transition week, you’ll need to reestablish autopay with Cenlar using CFCU Digital Banking.

  • Escrow Accounts: Your existing escrow balance will transfer to Cenlar. No action is required on your part.

  • Statements & Account Access: You will initially receive monthly mortgage statements from Cenlar via the mail. After the transition week, you can opt into e-statements by accessing your mortgage account through CFCU Digital Banking.

  • Late Payment Protection: For 60 days beginning June 1, payments will not be considered late, even if they are sent to your former servicer or if they take extra time to process. Also, no late fees will be assessed, and no negative credit reporting will occur.

  • Homeowners Insurance: If you change insurance providers, please notify Cenlar at least 45 days in advance and include your loan number. Full insurance update instructions are available on our FAQ.
