Enjoy an oceanside concert featuring Contemporary Jazz Combo featuring Kobie Alleyne on steel drum, on Sunday, March 3rd at the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series, a free, weekly concert series presented by the Ocean Drive Association. Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair to stake out your seat on the lawn. Showtime is at 5:00 PM.

Private Property Adaptation Program
Applications accepted from February 15 to March 15
The City of Miami Beach will begin accepting applications for its innovative Private Property Adaptation (PPA) program on Thursday, February 15. Selected properties may receive up to $20,000 in matching funds to conduct flood risk assessments and undertake flood risk mitigation projects. The program is open to single-family, multi-family and commercial properties. The assessments are conducted by city consultants and are valued at $2,500. The remaining funds for design and construction are provided as reimbursement for half of the project costs up to $17,500*.
*Qualifying Low-to-Moderate Income property owners will not be required to match funds – the city will fund the project up to $20,000.
