Residents: You have three opportunities to come and give us your input as we develop our Village-wide Strategic Plan.  A Strategic Plan is a document used to communicate with the organization the organizational goals, the actions needed to achieve those goals, and all the other critical elements identified during the planning process.

The community meetings are hands-on workshops, and you can come and go at any point during the 2-hour span to give your feedback and thoughts.  Join us on any of the dates listed below so we can develop a strategic plan that works for you (refreshments will be served):

• March 17th from 6-8 pm at Village Hall
  
• March 18th from 10am-12pm at the EAF Community Room at Ludovici Park
  
• March 19th from 10am-12pm at the EAF Community Room at Ludovici Park
