Are You Hurricane Season Ready?

Join the Village of Palmetto Bay for a Hurricane Preparedness Workshop on Saturday, June 3rd at Village Hall from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. Meet our various vendors/agencies and learn tips and recommendations that will keep you and your loved ones safe during this hurricane season. Presentations by some of our special guests include CBS4 Miami Chief Meteorologist and Emmy Award winner, Craig Setzer, and Science and Operations Officer at NOAA, Kevin Scharfenberg.

There will be giveaways, kids' activities, FREE hot dogs, chips and drinks (while supplies last). Each adult will also be given the opportunity to enter a raffle to win a Honda Silent Generator (one ticket per adult, $800 value).

  • Palmetto Bay has once again recognized by KaBOOM! as a 2017 Playful City USA community! Together we are incorporating play into our programs, policies, and infrastructure to make our community more kid- and family-friendly.
