This is a game changer. I learned it decades ago from Andy Weil, who was a hero of mine before he became America’s hero, and since then it’s been recommended by many others. Watching this video I learned it’s supposed to be done twice a day. News to me. I do it in bed and it helps me fall asleep, as he talks about in this video.
