Government Relations Task Force

This is our last meeting of The Government Relations Task Force before the end of the year. Please join us as we continue to discuss legislative issues and processes before the session begins in January.

This task force helps strengthen our chamber members' relationships with elected officials and broadens understanding of government at the local, state and federal level.

Senior Services Alliance Meeting

First State Bank Donates $100K to United Way of Denton County Community Complex
First State Bank announced a $100,000 investment to the Improving Lives capital campaign project of United Way of Denton County at a recent private supporter event hosted at the organization’s newly purchased building. Investment is first of $1.5 million needed in renovation phase of recently purchased building
Denton County Friends of the Family Presents the Second Annual Holiday Express
After the success of last year, DCFOF is once again taking over the A-train in collaboration with DCTA and turning it into a holiday themed train ride. While on the train, guests will be treated to a performance by Musical Theater Denton. But that's not all! The magical day continues with a family brunch and fun kid-friendly activities at the "North Pole" and "Elf's Playland".
