Orange signs all over town mean swimmers are all over Mt. Hood Community College. Over 3,000 swimmers have competed this year at the college. That means dollars have been left behind in our local cash registers, perhaps at Accent on Attitude on 2nd, who welcomes visitors by housing an orange sign!

From head to toe Neil Jensen, Mortgage Express, shouts "Try Local" at Mt. Hood Lanes recent hosting of the Try Local event. Deena, also Mortgage Express, might be considering something different for Neil's next birthday present.

It’s never too early to learn about using energy wisely and safely, that’s why we offer free resources to help kids learn about energy in fun ways. Visit PortlandGeneral.com/Classroom.
Food Tips

BBQ: for denser, heavier meats, like burgers or steaks, grilling hot and fast over direct heat works well. For lighter, thinner foods, like chicken, vegetables and fish, use indirect heat to grill at a lower temperature.
Hair Tips

The general rule for hair cuts is every 6 weeks. Shorter styles should be done every 4 weeks to retain that specific look. Even if your growing your hair out, it still needs to be trimmed at least every 8 weeks.
Ready - Set - Grill (safely)

Remove grease or fat buildup from the grills and in trays below the grill before the first use and after each subsequent use.
