Exciting Announcement for Students of Color

Building and Encouraging Minority Leaders

Gresham Area Chamber in partnership with a chamber member is offering $2500 in scholarships. The highly regarded and successful Leadership Academy, celebrating 5 years of accomplishments, will offer up to 5 minority (students of color) scholarships to the 2021 class. Each scholarship will be $500 towards class tuition.

Applications and further details will be announced in the fall. Classes will start January 2021

Be creative in the restricted environment. If you are not at Tsuru Island-Gresham Japanese Garden or watching virtual Music Mondays thanks to Center for the Arts Foundation and SALT Academy and Performing Arts Co. Then how about going to CineEscapes ? Groups of 10 are legal and a ton of fun. (And you would be supporting local businesses.)

We said sad good bye to Hollie, but we are tickled to welcome Jessica Martinez, our new Office Manager. Grab a mask and drop by to say hi. A former Manager of another Oregon Chamber, Jessica hit the ground running on the first day.
