Photo op while wearing masks and being responsible at a yummy restaurant. Thank you to Gresham Schmizza Public House for overcoming some huge obstacles during the well attended Unofficial Happy Hour last month. The pizza, as always, was delicious and the adult beverages, as always, were refreshing.

What a great (and yummy) way to start the WorkReady virtual series. Professor Earl Frederick, a catering chef, instructor, kitchen manager, and executive chef, shared with students not only the delicious part of the career but the bigger picture of what it takes and the rewards it produces. He shared his life story and encouraged students to seek a mentor. Mentors made a big difference in his life.
