Okaloosa Gas Headquarters “Topping Out Ceremony”

Congratulations to Okaloosa Gas District on their “Topping Out Ceremony” as they placed the final beam signifying the structural completion of the new headquarters building in Valparaiso. It will include a 4 story, 152,000 square foot office building, an 18,400 square foot operations center, a 7,200 square foot vehicle maintenance building and a 23,540 square foot warehouse. It will also include a large outdoor space, interior community event space with kitchen and catering facilities. We look forward to celebrate the building completion projected for last quarter of 2025.
