FLAG Adult Education

FLAG Adult Education (Fannin Literacy Action Group) was founded in 1989 by 5-6 Community Leaders. FLAG became a Certified Literacy Community Partner in 1993, through the Technical College Systems of Georgia, to work with adult literacy students in Fannin County. Working as a non-profit, their partnership with the North GA Technical College Adult Education, offers free GED Prep classes, Hi-Set Prep, College Prep, ESL, and Basic Computer Literacy classes. FLAG has helped 1000+ students over the years serving Fannin Co, GA as well as East Polk Co, TN students. The class graduations grow every year; 16 students received their GED certificates in 2025. The learning center is located at 71 Overview Drive, Blue Ridge and offers a range of class times Monday thru Thursday. We thank FLAG Adult Education for all the support they have given to our community over the years.
