Board meeting highlights and reminders to all 1-12-2021
Our club is responding to covid health concerns by following guidelines to be safe and prepared.

  • President Cathy Smith conducted our first board meeting of the 2021 year by zoom.
  • Our dining books are almost ready to go to print. We'll be sending out all members a flyer so all can start selling!
  • BUG race bags will be distributed this weekend.
  • We are currently making Valentine's Day cards for local distribution.
  • FSW Key Club is having a fundraiser at Culver's tomorrow night and again February 17th.
  • Inspired by Bill Grant's donation from the Elbow room to fight hunger we will be adding some additional funds and sending a check to two organizations we have supported in the past.
  • We are asking all members to reach out to someone in the club we haven't heard from in awhile and check on them.
BUG Chase 2021
The virtual "race" is underway! Runners, walkers, supporters can register until January 23rd. Performance blend shirts and first 200 also receive a fun participant medal. Age 17 and under only $20, all others $30. Post your own photos or send to Rachel to do so.

5K BUG bags are ready!
Thanks members for helping prepare participant bags for our 5K this year. Thanks to Rachel for leading the committee, to all the committee members, and to all the sponsors.

Links for meetings will be sent out weekly. If you don't want to participate on Zoom you can just call in and be part of it. Speakers and other activities will be incorporated into upcoming meetings. You can use your computer, tablet, or mobile device. Steve Hess has volunteered to help talk you through it, just give him a ring.
