Panelists will explore the intricacies of the closing process from pre-closing to post-closing matters. Information about the new POA act, the fillable OP-236 form, and the TILA RESPA will be covered. Speakers will explain and demonstrate the new loan estimate (f/k/a the "GFE"), the new closing disclosure (f/k/a "HUD-1 Settlement Statement"), and familiarize you with the new forms and vocabulary, and discuss the revisions to ALTA's Best Practices.
