This breakfast smoothie is not your typical fruit-heavy blend that sends blood sugar on a rollercoaster.
What makes it different:
• Fiber from seeds + vegetables helps slow digestion, supports a healthy gut, and keeps blood sugar more stable
• Protein powder turns this into a complete meal that supports muscle building and recovery
• Healthy fats help you stay full and satisfied all the way to lunch
