Solving Mysteries. Strengthening Community.

From unraveling clues to sharing a meal and enjoying live music, our Murder Mystery Valentine’s Dinner brought couples and friends together for an evening of fun, flavor, and unforgettable moments. Guests enjoyed a Murder Mystery experience, dinner from Bernardi's Washington, and live music by Matt Eckberg.

Intro to Tumbling


New Session starts Feb 26



February 26-March 26 | Thursdays
Ages 3-5 | Thursdays, 4:45-5:15 p.m.

Ages 6-9 | Thursdays 5:30-6:15 p.m.

In this class, your child will learn new tumbling skills and work on improving the tumbling skills they already have. This class will not only be about tumbling, but building up strength.

2026 Community Art Fair

We’re excited to announce the first Five Points Washington Community Art Fair, happening June 20, 2026 in Washington, IL!


This one-day outdoor art fair will coincide with the Paint the Path fundraiser for the Washington Bridge Education Foundation, creating a community-wide celebration of the arts.

Award-winning wildlife artist Doug Schermer crafts masterpieces born from a lifetime of outdoor adventures in the American heartlands, bringing untamed nature to life through intricate illustrations that have graced the pages of Bassmaster Magazine, Outdoor Life, and beyond. See his work in the upcoming Exhibition, on view January 14 - February 27.

Community Gallery Wall: Call for Artists

Our Community Gallery Wall is a place where local creativity shines and we want your work to be part of it!


Five Points Washington is proud to celebrate local creativity through our Community Gallery Wall, located in the main corridor outside the Caterpillar Performing Arts Center. This rotating gallery space highlights the incredible talent of artists from Washington and surrounding communities. We’re currently accepting submissions for upcoming exhibition slots! If you’re a painter, photographer, sculptor, or mixed media artist, we invite you to share your work with our community.


Exhibit Details:

  • Open to artists of all experience levels
  • Artwork may include photography, painting, mixed media, or other wall-hangable pieces
  • Exhibitions typically run for 6–8 weeks
  • No entry fee to apply

Did you know?

The Five Points Washington Senior Room is more than a room, it’s a place where friendships grow, activities inspire and the community comes together…both in person and ONLINE!

Due to weather, we had to cancel our Senior Speaker Series originally scheduled for January 26. 

We’re happy to share that the event has been rescheduled for February 23!


Join us for free coffee and refreshments, a speaker from the Alzheimer’s Association, and door prizes.

Boxing Bootcamp starts Feb 23

Get ready for six-weeks of 30-minute Boxing Bootcamp Group Training!


Session Starts February 23!


Boxing Bootcamp Training Times:

Mondays 4:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.

Tuesdays 9:15 a.m.

Wednesdays 4:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.

Thursdays 9:15 a.m.

Saturdays 7:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m.


*You can come to as many sessions as you would like during these six-weeks.

TRX Max Starts Feb 24

TRX MAX is our premium class which focuses on high intensity training through the use of TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells and bodyweight movements. 


This class runs for six-weeks starting on February 24!


Training Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6 p.m.

Saturdays 10:15–10:45 a.m.

*You can come to as many sessions as you would like during these six-weeks.


Fee:

$90 members

$110 non-members

Hydrate Your Joints is a four-part class series designed to help you bring hydration, mobility and strength back into your hands and feet using simple, powerful techniques.


This class runs for four-weeks starting on March 2. Join us for the whole series or pop in for one!

Come and learn how to play Pickleball with Joyce Hughes. Pickleball is a lively racket game for all ages and abilities. Five Points offers hands-on training for both beginners and intermediate Pickleball players. Each class will teach proper grip, how to keep score, rules of the game, stroke, serve and etiquette.


Adult Intermediate Class: requires prior knowledge of the game, keeping score and different strokes. This class will work on strategy and court positions. Drills and match play will also be introduced.

Five Points Basketball Trainer, Logan Buzzell, is ready to help your basketball player work on some of those important basketball skills. We are offering two sessions this spring, you can register your child for one or both sessions!
