Fitness Floor Etiquette Reminder

As we head into the cooler months, we often see an increase in Fitness Center usage. To help ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask members to be mindful of fitness floor etiquette.

  • Be considerate of others during longer rest periods and allow members to work in when appropriate.
  • Limit extended phone use while occupying equipment, especially during busy times.
  • Wipe down equipment after each use.
  • Return weights and accessories to their designated areas when finished.

If you're waiting for a machine or piece of equipment, don't hesitate to politely ask the member using it how many sets they have remaining or if you can work in during their rest periods. A quick conversation can help keep workouts moving and create a more welcoming environment for everyone.

A little courtesy goes a long way in keeping the Fitness Center clean, welcoming, and accessible for all. Thank you for helping make Five Points a great place to work out!
