The Yom Hashoah Vigil has been a tradition at TBT for years. In an effort to honor those who have lost their lives during the Holocaust, names of the children whose lives were taken during this horrific era will be read continuously from the conclusion of services Friday night 4/21/17 until 1 am on 4/22/17. Please join us and sign up for a time to read and to pay respects.

Bend the Arc
Join Bend the Arc, Action Together Long Island, and the Suffolk Y JCC on Sunday, April 30th, for  Undoing Anti-Semitism, Racism, and Other Forms of Oppression At this  training , Jewish folks and members of Jewish families will come together to build community and deepen our understanding of what it means for Jewish people to work for change in solidarity with other targeted communities. The training will be held on Sunday, April 30th, from 10am-5pm at the Suffolk Y JCC and include lunch and snacks. Purchase your ticket here.

We at Temple Beth Torah are excited to announce the first arts and crafts exhibition and sale. We are offering our congregants including our high school students the opportunity to exhibit their special artistic talents.

 Whether you are a photographer, painter, woodworker, jeweler, potter, sculptor or quilter we look forward to your participation.

There will be no charge for exhibiting your work, however if you wish to sell your work there will be a 15% donation to the temple.

 The show will be held on Sunday May 21 , from
12 : 00 - 5:00pm in conjunction with the Touched by Torah Celebration and a class conducted by Rabbi Gellman.
