Parent Teacher Conference Information
Parent-Teacher conferences will begin at the end of this month! Be on the lookout for sign up information from your teacher. This is a great opportunity to check in and partner with your child's teacher. This resource could be helpful as you prepare to sit down together: Parent-Teacher Planning Tool.
Kindergarten Parent Social
Dilworth Elementary Kindergarten Parents, Join us for the Kindergarten Parent Social at The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery on Wednesday, October 20th. We will be under the BIG RED umbrella located in the Biergarten. Drop by anytime between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm to meet other Kindergarten Parents and members of the PTA. RSVP is not required but is helpful in estimating attendance. RSVP through this link or by emailing Amy Brown at AmyTuckerBrown@yahoo.com. Also, while we love our little Dilworth Dragons, this event is an adult-only social. Thanks for understanding. We hope to see you there!

Prospective Parents Open House is Tomorrow!
Tell your friends and neighbors! We are holding an informational open house for prospective families tomorrow at 9:15 AM at our Sedgefield Campus. Interested parties can click here to register or visit the prospective parents page of our website for more information.

Please note that CMS currently requires all visitors on campus to wear masks. For the continued safety of our school community and to ensure proper social distancing measures can be taken, this event is for adults only. Thank you for your cooperation!
Office Support Volunteers
We are looking for office support volunteers at both campuses. Shifts are from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm daily, either weekly or every other week. Duties include: answering phones, making copies, retrieving students for dismissal, and assisting visitors checking into the school. We prefer repeat volunteers as this role requires a little bit of training, yet appreciate any time you can give.

To sign up, please contact Cate MacIlvane (860-987-8753) or Sarah Ritzer (saraheritzer@gmail.com).
