Discipleship Pathway - Sharing Christ | It’s been nearly one year in the making! Sharing Christ is our final release on our Discipleship Pathway faith journey. In this 5th step, you are invited to participate in opportunities to reflect the love of Christ. Pick up a bag at the Welcome Center after worship service on Sunday. 

"Who's Your One?" Starts This Sunday | Over the next six weeks, we invite you to choose one person in your life and pray for them as part of our "Who's Your One?" campaign. Each week that you have prayed for your "one,” place an image on the large bulletin boards on the lower level (found by the boards) as a visible reminder that God is at work through our prayers and witness. Blank cards will be provided if you choose to post the name of your "one.” As you pray, ask the Lord to work through His Word and Spirit in their life, and to give you opportunities to reflect the love of Christ.

Easter Basket Collection | We are still collecting goodies to put together Easter baskets for Early Head Start families. Look for the signs in the hallway by the main entrance for how you can help out- especially with Walmart Gift Cards to include in the baskets. Items are due back to the church by Wednesday, March 18. The baskets will be assembled during our March Intentional Invite: Blooms and Blessings on Saturday, March 21.

Blooms & Blessings: Saturday, March 21 | Grace is continuing our monthly intentional invite initiative with Blooms & Blessings on Saturday, March 21, starting at 10am. We'll be painting flower pots, planting houseplants for you to take home, and assembling Easter Baskets for Early Head Start families. Wednesdays at One with Lutheran Hour Ministries | Chris Myers, Lutheran Hour Ministries Associate Director, Major and Planned Gifts, will be joining us this upcoming Wednesday, March 18 as our Wednesdays at One speaker. Lutheran Hour Ministries is a global mission organization that shares Christ’s love in more than 60 countries around the world. Join us in learning about the history of Lutheran Hour Ministries, a look at the ministry today and a peek into the ministry vision of tomorrow as LHM continues to Bring Christ to the Nations- and the Nations to the Church. Lunch is at 12:30pm with the session beginning at 1pm in the Fellowship Hall.

Easter Lilies | Easter lilies are currently available for purchase in memory or honor of loved ones. Each lily is $18. Please submit completed forms, which can be found in your bulletin this Sunday, and payment to the offertory plate during worship or to the church office. The deadline is Sunday, March 22. If you are unable to submit a form, you can call (919-682-6030) or email the church office to place your order.

Help us Prepare for Palm Sunday | Join us Saturday, March 28 at 9am in the Fellowship Hall to make palm crosses for worship. We’ll show you how—it’s very easy! All are welcome.

Special Voters’ Assembly Meeting – March 29 | The Grace Advisory Board has scheduled a Special Voters’ Assembly meeting on Sunday, March 29, immediately following worship. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce proposed changes to Grace’s Constitution and ByLaws.

Click here to view the proposed amendments. Printed copies will be available in the Narthex this Sunday.

• ByLaw changes may be approved by a simple majority vote of those present.
• Constitutional changes must be presented at two consecutive Voters’ Assembly meetings, with a two-thirds quorum of eligible voting members present at each meeting.

All voting members are encouraged to attend.

Easter Egg Hunt - April 4 | On Saturday, April 4, families with young kids are invited to come for an afternoon filled with egg hunting, games, crafts, and learning about Jesus' resurrection, starting at 1pm. Click here to RSVP by March 25.

Easter Sunday Potluck Breakfast | Join us for a joyful Easter Breakfast following the 6am Sunrise Service and before the 10:10am Easter Worship on Sunday, April 5, as we celebrate together in fellowship! Bring your favorite dish to share. Questions? Contact Kathy Pittman or Kathy Peterson.

Grace House Task Force | Earlier this year, a Grace House Task Force was formed to prayerfully consider how the Grace House property might best serve our congregation and the wider community. Click here to read the latest updates from the Task Force, which includes an open house, upcoming proposals, who to contact with questions or ideas, and how you can keep the Task Force in your prayers as they discern meaningful ways Grace House might support ministry and outreach in our community.

ESL Update | English classes have officially begun! Even with just a couple of classes having taken place, someone wanted to learn how to say “In Jesus name” and we talked about “Amen” being a word that is the same across many languages. What an opportunity to share about Jesus' unconditional love for all people.
