Care of Baptized Children This Sunday | It's time to celebrate our youngest believers! This Sunday, the Care of Baptized Children program will present to our two year-olds a picture Bible. Please pray for Franklin Robinson and his family on his journey of faith.

Voters' Meeting Sunday, May 31 | Packets for the Voters' Assembly meeting for May 31 are available in the Narthex or online here. The main agenda items are the approval of the proposed changes to our By-Laws and Constitution and the election of officers. Upon approval, the By-Laws and Constitution (showing the voted-upon changes) will be sent to the District for review and approval. It is only after this approval can the revised governance documents be put into effect.

Reminders:

  • According to Grace's By-Laws, voting membership is to be renewed annually. Click here to submit your 2026 Committment Card if you haven't already. If you have any questions or are unsure if you've filled out your card for 2026, please contact GAB Secretary, Dede Crosmer at secretary@gracelutheranchurch.net.
  • Proxy voting shall be allowed for extenuating circumstances that prevent attendance. Such proxies are to state the reason for non-attendance and should be signed and submitted to the Secretary or Church Office 72 hours prior to the Voters' Assembly. Proxy forms are available in the narthex or may be filled out online here.

Summer Grounds Crew | As spring turns into summer, we’re looking for assistance in mowing and trimming the church lawn. It’s an easy, flexible way to spend some time outdoors and care for the space we share. If this sounds like something you’d enjoy (once or a few times, solo or with a friend), click here to let us know!

Puerto Rico Mission Updates | Dan, Beverly, Anna and Sharon have been keeping us updated with their latest adventures in Puerto Rico as they build relationships both with our missionaries and with the people they serve.

Click here to read about how the Lord has been working through our team and continue to hold them in prayer as they continue their mission through May 16.

Wednesdays at One - June 3 | Save the date for our next Wednesdays at One gathering on June 3! Our guest speaker will be Leonard Hango, a longtime member of Grace Lutheran Church. Leonard is a native of Namibia (formerly South Africa). He escaped his native Namibia in the early 1970s during the Apartheid years. He will share his life story, including how he wandered in refugee camps for 10 years before coming to the US.

Lunch will be provided beginning at 12:30 p.m., followed by Leonard’s presentation.

Please note that Wednesdays at One will be on hiatus for the summer and will resume in September.

A Letter from Kim Romigh | "As many of you may know, I will be stepping down from my position as Parish Administrator at Grace. It is difficult to fully express how thankful I am for the love, kindness, encouragement and support you have shown me during my time here. Serving this congregation has been a true blessing in my life. I have witnessed Christ at work through this congregation and am confident that God will continue to guide and strengthen Grace for the work He has prepared for this congregation to do."
"The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace." -Numbers 6:24-26.
