Thank Offering Next Week

On Sunday, January 17th we will have our monthly Thank Offering during the virtual service. If you have a special thanksgiving you would like to offer, and are willing to come to St. Thomas to be filmed, please contact Judi Fuller by Monday, January 11th. We typically film on Thursday mornings and it is easy and fun!

Yesterday was January 6, Epiphany. Epiphany is a Feast day that celebrates the visit of the Magi to Jesus Christ. It’s is the season of love and light.

To honor this - St. Thomas sent 200 meals to the healthcare workers of St. Luke’s Hospital. We wanted to do this to show the healthcare workers that even after almost a year since our valley was on lockdown- we are still here for them, just like they are always here for us.

Additional meals were provided to the Ketchum Fire Department
Lector Training!

If you have wondered what it takes to be a Lector for our services, wonder no more! Kathleen Bean and Claudia McCain are offering a Lector Training session on Monday, Jan. 11th at 4pm.

The Episcopal Church requires Lectors to be certified through training in order to read scriptures and prayers for services. After training, our Lectors are licensed to read, not only at our services, but at other Episcopal churches. The training will last an hour to an hour and a half and will be conducted via Zoom.

If you are interested, and have time available, please contact Judi Fuller by Monday at 12pm.

Please note - you must pre-register to participate.
If you have questions, please contact Judi, Kathleen or Claudia
