YThrive is a one-to-one coaching program designed to get members into the best shape of their lives. Coaches help members choose from 4 workout streams to find what works best for their goals. Every 90 days, you get a new routine and a new set of results. YThrive provides you with the support to get started, quick results to stay motivated and flexibility to get it done solo.

Recreational Youth Swim Team
By registering your child in the YMCA recreational swim team, you are giving them the opportunity to experience what a swim team is like with a chance to show off these new skills.

Coaches run drills to improve stroke technique and speed, as well as teach other important components to racing such as dive entries and flip turns. This program is designed for children ages 6-12 and should be able to swim one length of the pool using front crawl techniques.
