FOREWORD
The pandemic has played havoc in the lives of international students and migrants at large. We at Immigration Advisers New Zealand have been trying our best to keep our clients updated and informed at all times through various platforms. These platforms are updated every day and cover the sector news, changes in immigration policies and instructions as and when announced by the New Zealand Government.

This newsletter is one more effort in that direction. Through this medium, we will aim to provide information and updates related to Essential Skills Work VisaStudent VisaExceptions to Border ControlResidence VisaPartnership VisaSpecial Direction, Appeals etc.

Our team of five Licensed Immigration Advisers understand the impact on migrants due to changes in immigration policies and instructions and are thus able to anticipate issues and assist clients with tailor-made solutions by keeping in mind their background and circumstances.

The highlight of the last few weeks has been the changes to Essential Skills Work Visa instructions and the Government's long term strategic recovery plan to help reset New Zealand's international education sector.
