Women in Industry Launches into 2023 Happy New Year on behalf of Women in Industry! Along with the rest of your WII Leadership Team, I am excited to share the latest news and information regarding what’s happening in our network. Your continued feedback on how we can communicate and engage at a higher level is invaluable and appreciated – keep it coming. I am looking forward to seeing you all this year, either virtually and/or in person, and I hope that your 2023 is starting off with all things wonderful!

WII Goals and Initiatives WII’s Leadership Committee has discussed several goals and initiatives for 2023 to engage more with our fellow #WomenInIndustry and continue to encourage women to be more involved with our Network. Below are some goals and initiatives we will strive for this year:  ENGAGE Women in Industry with WII “Meet Ups” (regionally or at other industry events). MENTORSHIP will be a key focus for 2023 and WII will work to launch a mentorship program that builds peer relationships for both Mentors and Mentees. COMMUNICATE with Women in Industry’s many outlets, but become more relevant and active on our social media platforms.  EDUCATE and raise awareness on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and continue to provide education on communication skills, confidence building, leadership development, and women’s career advancement. If you are interested in any of the above and wish to contribute, please do not hesitate to reach out to a leadership committee member. We will have more information to come, but we are eager to work towards these goals with our entire #WII community.

Women's Influence Award: Accepting Nominations Strong women lift each other up! Now is the time to give kudos to a fellow powerful lady in the industry. You can send a nomination for the 2023 ISA Women’s Influence Award through March 1st, 2023. This award honors and recognizes an individual from an ISA Member company for their commitment to advancing the development and influence of women in the industrial supply channel.
