Listen, Engage, Question & Learn

Saturday, MARCH 14TH@2PM CT / 3PM ET on Zoom

Join us on for this 2nd inspiring Zoom conversation that reminds us: *the next generation isn’t waiting—their one day is now.*

Indivisible’s NorthWest Suburbs of Chicago (NWSOFA) invites you to a dynamic discussion with young leaders who are already shaping the future. Rather than talk *about* youth civic engagement, we’re listening directly *to* the voices at its center.

Young voices across our community..

Terianna Telford, Saja Amrati, and Elise Swartzmiller

One Day is Now: Young voices across our community are stepping up to defend democracy, and we invite you to be part of the conversation. Join youth advocates Terianna Telford, Saja Amrati, and Elise Swartzmiller, along with moderator Marilyn S., as they share how they are organizing, speaking out, and turning their values into action at the ballot box and beyond.

Together, they will highlight the power of young leadership, the importance of being informed and engaged, and real ways each of us can help build a more just, inclusive future.

Whether you are a student, parent, educator, or ally, this forum will leave you energized, hopeful, and ready to take the next step. Come listen, learn, and stand with the next generation of changemakers who are proving that one day is not someday in the future—**one** day is now.

We’re handing the mic to three student leaders

The conversation continues! NWSOFA’s One Day is Now: Young Voices Build Stronger Democracies is back with a fresh youth forum of panelists. We’re handing the mic to three student leaders to tackle the issues that matter most to them in this heated political climate.

From diversity and women’s rights to domestic violence and the future of education, come hear how the next generation is advocating for change.

Join the conversation on Saturday, March 14 at 2 pm CST.

_Their stories highlight how Gen Z is mobilizing peers, balancing hope with realism, and forging meaningful paths to change._
