Rock Falls Farmers Market. 400 W.2nd St.

You do NOT need to check-in with a Chamber staff member to setup.

Just go to your location, follow the rules, and have fun!

RULES TO REMEMBER FOR ALL BUSINESSES

ALWAYS KEEP SAFETY FIRST. Each rule below is designed with safety in mind.
THIS IS NOT A SALES EVENT, however, it is an opportunity to promote your business. Please plan to hand out candy, special treats, free samples, and maybe even host an activity. You are welcome to hand out business cards, fliers, coupons, etc. YOU MAY DISPLAY YOUR PRODUCTS, BUT DO NOT PLAN TO SELL.
Please keep hand sanitizer at your booth, or counter for your team AND attendees to use.

ADDITIONAL BOOTH SPACE RULES

You can set up after 12pm, BUT no cars will be allowed in the Farmers Market Parking lot after 1:00. You may temporarily park in front of the market, unload, and move your vehicle to the street.You may come and go on your own schedule.
WE PROVIDE SPACE ONLY. You are welcome to bring tables, decorations, activities, etc.
Please keep hand sanitizer at your booth, or counter for your team AND attendees to use.
PARKING - Do not park in the Farmer's Market Parking Lot, nor in the spaces in front of it.
Setup facing W. 2nd Street
Be kind and flexible with your neighbors. There is more than enough room for EVERYONE.
Anyone who doesn't comply with rules may be asked to leave.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

The event hours are 1:00-6:00pm
Have fun! Your participation in this event helps make our community special.
Expect to see 500 - 1,000+ kids. ONE PIECE OF CANDY PER CHILD IS JUST FINE! It is okay to have 100 special items and then just give out candy later.
Be creative. Everyone loves candy. Start there, but remember the more unique your give-away or activity is, the more memorable your business will be to those visiting. Games are great! Sanitize between players. Search Google / Pinterest for Halloween-themed games and activities.

Here's the important stuff! Your booth location #. All booth spaces will be marked with your business name and space number. Please follow all event rules. You DO NOT need to check-in with a staff member when you arrive.
