Sales Mastery for Coaches:
How to Build Influence and Enroll More Clients Using Skills You ALREADY Possess as a Coach
Speaker: with Chris Kenney
Thursday, October 8, 2020 • 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm EST

You have a great service. You KNOW you are a great coach. Yet, you are not closing the sales you want (or at the price point you want).
IF...

You have ever reached the end of a sales
conversation and heard, “I can’t afford it!”

• You have ever lowered your prices to fit in
to what you THINK the market will pay.

• You’re tired of constantly over-delivering and
spending long hours working for a low price point.

• You want to raise your fee, but think people won’t pay that!
Then join Chris for this in-depth sales mastery training. During this training -- designed specifically for coaches -- you will learn:

• How to close the sales you want at the price point you want.

• How to position your services to create maximum impact during the sales conversation (and have your clients excited to say yes to working with you!).

• The Business Model for building a successful coaching practice, and why most people have this completely upside down!

• Chris’s EXACT step-by-step Signature Sales System – used to close over 4 million dollars in coaching services. You will leave the training with the exact system in place, ready to use on your very next sales call!

CCEU: 1.5 Resource Development
Sales and Mindset Expert, Chris Kenney, firmly believes building a successful coaching business doesn't have to be difficult OR take a long time. Having built several businesses to multi-six figures, he took his current coaching practice to over $300K in its very first year — without a website, blog or social media presence.

Yes, you read that right!

Chris knows the key to building a successful business is to focus on one thing – sales. He specializes in teaching his clients how to sell in an authentic,
non-pushy, genuine way while charging more than they ever thought possible.

He knows how to master enrollment and has a simple step-by-step process to follow -- doors will open and opportunities will be created beyond those you have previously dreamed of. As a Coach, you not only create more income – you also dramatically increase the results you have for your clients and your impact on the world.

Mini Habits: A Small Tool for Big Success
Speaker: James Garrett
Tuesday, November 10, 2020 • 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm EST
Habits are our brain's go-to tool to tackle almost any goal or task, which is why helping your clients get in the driver's seat of their habit-making machinery can be a game-changer. You will walk away with everything you need to help your clients know how to start making measurable change. Just like learning how to play the piano, learning how to form positive habits is a skill set.
_____________________

Participants will discover:
• Why the key to knocking out habits is building them sequentially, not simultaneously.
• How to use proven methods such as habit stacking and habit tracking to make or break any habit.
• Why keeping your client motivated is easy with one small tweak.
• How motivation often follows action, rather than preceding it.
• How making 'smallifying‘ habits can be the game-changer you and your coaching clients have been looking for!

How to Help Your Client Find Inner Strength with the 'Who Am I Story'
Speaker: Annette Simmons, M.Ed.
Thursday, November 12, 2020 • 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm EST
Some of the current approaches to storytelling suggests templates, arcs, and other frameworks that may be technically accurate, but only distract clients from diving deep. How can you support your clients through the emotional process of discovering meaningful stories that remind them of their integrity, ground them in their best self and help them find a stable center to weather these unprecedented levels of uncertainty? Learn a simple process for finding Who I Am stories with clients.
There will also be a live demonstration, where attendees can witness the process, as Annette will coach a volunteer to find their own new story.

You will learn more about several critical elements for coaching through storytelling:
• Creating a safe place.
• Four buckets full of stories.
• The power of showing faith in both client and process.
• Eliciting sensory information to keep it experiential.
• Responding with heartfelt appreciations.

Business Success Tip

Communicate What You’re Up
To During These Uncertain Times
Have you been receiving emails from Ed from Delta? Me too.

Apparently, Ed, is the CEO of Delta Airlines. As many of you are (were?) Delta frequent flyers, you may have been drawn to read his email updates.

I wanted to know what Delta was doing to keep their passengers and crew safe, while trying to run a company during this pandemic. Ed would not only share information about the precautions Delta was taking, but that he was also missing weddings and graduations with his own family too.

It was an official business communication but with a real person behind it. It made me WANT to read it.

This is a perfect opportunity to send out an email (or two) about what you and your company are up to in these changing and increasingly virtual times.

Your clients may assume that just because you both always worked together in person, that you can’t do it virtually. Let them know how you have adapted.

Perhaps you have added or re-introduced coaching topics, programs or trainings that are relevant to the top issues people and companies are facing today. Anything to do with stress management, virtual learning, managing emotions, resiliency, team communication, personal leadership, wellness, mindfulness and creativity are hot topics right now.

My son, Nick, age 23, works for a global engineering company and is also finishing up his college degree. He just attended a company wide Zoom training on how to be professional on Zoom. That was a great opportunity that trainer hopped on! She responded to the companies that needed to educate their young professionals — reinforcing a Zoom meeting wasn’t the same as a TikTok video. That was great listening and responsiveness to the needs of her clients!

As you share your updates, make sure to add something a little personal. Give them a peek into your life, business, or how you’ve been perfecting the best sourdough bread during Covid! Before you doubt sharing something personally, look around. Have you noticed how the world has taken the word authentic to a whole new level? During a Zoom call, we want to see a picture of you with your kid coloring beside you or your dog who wants to love all over you during an important call.

It makes you more real during this time as we are seeking what’s genuine and honest.

What is one thing professionally and personally you could let your community know about in an email update? You never know when your email will be the perfect message they needed to hear!

Remember, what you do today plants seeds in your business to bloom in 30, 60 & 90 days and even 6 months and 1 year.
