STUDENT FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS
Mark your calendars for the Spring quarter billing due date, March 20. Tuition and registration fees are available on TritonLink beginning March 3. Read more about billing due dates.

Sign up for the Triton Registration Installment Plan (TRIP). TRIP divides tuition and registration fees into three monthly payments per quarter. Students can enroll on TritonLink or authorized families can enroll on the Authorized Payer portal for either a single quarter, the academic year, or all future quarters. Please note that there is a $40 non-refundable enrollment fee. * If your student's financial aid and scholarships cover their tuition and registration fees, please do not enroll in TRIP.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Remember to mail outside agency scholarships that your student receives directly to Student Financial Solutions. Scholarship checks must be made out to UC Regents and must include the student's name and personal ID (i.e., Axxxxxxx).

1098-T IRS TAX FORM
The 2019 IRS tax form, 1098-T, is now available online via Tab Services. Students can log in to www.tsc1098t.com to view or download their 1098-T.

Instructions for accessing the Tab Services website, viewing the 1098-T, and opting in for electronic delivery can be found on the following website .

UC SAN DIEGO COMMENCEMENT
ALL CAMPUS COMMENCEMENT
UC San Diego All Campus Commencement is Saturday, June 13 for the graduating class of 2020. Family and friends are invited to experience the pomp and circumstance, joy, and pride of this memorable time. Tickets are not needed for this event. Read more about commencement activities including those at your student's college.
CELEBRATING OUR TRITON GRADS
When it comes to diploma frames, class rings, and senior portraits, the UC San Diego Bookstore has it covered. Commencement and Graduation Packages are coming soon! Be sure to check the Bookstore's website for updates.
RAINBOW GRADUATION
If your student is graduating and is connected to the LGBTQIA+ community, encourage them to register for UC San Diego's Rainbow Graduation on June 6. Rainbow Graduation celebrates and honors graduating students and formally inducts them into the UC San Diego LGBTQIA+ Alumni.

SUMMER SESSION
Taking a class during summer session can help your student stay on track to graduation, lessen the course load during the fall, winter, and spring quarters, or to make up a previously dropped course. Students can find a preview of classes available and begin enrolling on April 13.
TRITON TRANSFERS
The Triton Transfer Hub is a new service, and offers peer coaching, tutoring, and more to transfer students.

The Transfer Student Success team provides resources and programs to transfer students to achieve their goals at UC San Diego.

HEALTH, SAFETY, & MORE
STAY ABREAST OF COVID-19
Stay up to date with important messages about COVID-19, including archived webinars from UC San Diego health experts and tips on how to maintain a healthy environment. Additionally, the International Students & Programs Office provides support to the international student community. If your student has been impacted, please encourage them to meet with an International Student Advisor or with Counseling & Psychological Services .
DE-STRESS BRUNCH
Housing Dining Hospitality will host their quarterly De-Stress Brunch on March 15 where students can enjoy complimentary chocolate fountains and a special brunch menu. Check out their website for hours during finals week and Spring break.
WOMENS HERSTORY MONTH
UC San Diego Women's Center is celebrating Women's Herstory Month with various events throughout the month of March. Students can check out the calendar of events for more information.

CAREER FAIR
Is your student looking for a summer internship or full-time job? The Career Center is hosting a career fair on Tuesday, April 7. Encourage your student to register by Friday, March 27.
RESUME WORKSHOP
Your student can learn how to build a competitive resume. UC San Diego Career Center is hosting a resume workshop on Tuesday, March 10. Students should bring a hard copy of their resume and a laptop for help. Read more and tell your student how to register.
ACCEPTING TRITON COMMUNITY PROGRAM LEADER APPLICATION
The Office of Parent and Family Programs will be hiring undergraduate student leaders to execute programmatic efforts of the office that support our Triton families. Applications will open on Monday, March 9. Read more about the position and tell your student about us.
UC SAN DIEGO RECREATION
Spring quarter registration is now available for UC San Diego Recreation's FREE eight-week Student Personal Wellness Program. For access to over 60 drop-in classes a week, students can purchase a Rec Activity Pass for only $25 a quarter.
SPRING INTO SUMMER
JUMP START MOVE OUT
In a few months, your student will be moving out of a campus residence hall or an apartment. Encourage your student to bring items home over spring break to lessen the load during move-out in mid-June.

STORAGE
Does your student live far from home? Do they have furniture items you don't want to transport? Start thinking about storage options in the San Diego area.

LIVING OFF-CAMPUS
Is your student considering living off-campus next year? Encourage your student to visit TritonLink and commuter student services for tips for looking for an off-campus apartment.

STUDENT LEGAL SERVICES
Student Legal Services provides free, confidential counseling, education, and referrals on many legal matters to currently registered students. Please encourage your student to make an appointment to speak with an attorney to discuss any legal or policy questions or concerns they may have.
