'CALLING MAMA'
I wrote this piece today to try and speak to things that I know people have gone through. I consider myself fortunate that I have not gone through this kind of heartbreak... but if you have, this is for you. I hope you know you are loved and we will all be okay. That being said, I've never hesitated to call my mother when things get hard.

This week I want to share one person who has shaped the way I train at the gym. The amount of knowledge and content this person provides is something I believe everyone should know about.
NSIC CHAMPIONS!
MAVERICK SWIM & DIVE CLAIM 2ND CHAMPIONSHIP

The Minnesota State women's swimming and diving team won two events Saturday evening en route to claiming its second NSIC Championship in program history. The swimming & diving team, which won its first NSIC Championship during the 2017-18 season, tallied a total of 1,033.5 points in the 2021 NSIC Conference Championship.
POLARIZING PERSPECTIVES
CONFEDERATE MONUMENTS & RACIAL EQUALITY
Over the past year, the heated debate over Confederate monuments has stretched from the city streets to the nation's capital. Among the distinguished historians on the topic, Dr. Karen L. Cox, history professor and author of her upcoming book on the polarizing issue of Confederate monuments, will speak at a Feb. 25 afternoon webinar sponsored by the Memorial Library.
