Courses year-round
Please visit our events calendar for a full listing of education courses happening during the remainder of 2018 as well as 2019. These programs are designed for owners, senior management, service managers, technicians, HR leaders, frontline field staff and office staff to keep you current and grow your career.
Over the past year, MCA has been running training sessions in Calgary specifically for our Gold Standard Program service technicians. With help from our suppliers and manufacturers, we delivered monthly evening programs focused on troubleshooting techniques, maintenance tips, and hands on training designed to broaden service technician knowledge on specific products.

MCA is planning to begin this ‘product specific’ training in Edmonton and we are seeking your input and assistance. We are also seeking sponsorship of MCA’s Ethical Best Practices for Service Technicians training course that will be held December 3, 2018. Read more here .
