Please help put an end to vandalism in our parks

Vandalism

Marshfield Parks & Recreation is asking the public for their help to end the rash of vandalism in parks. The vandalism has unfortunately become an everyday event in our parks. A few bad people are destroying everything.

These individuals spray paint graffiti on playground equipment, buildings, sidewalks, tables, signs, and absolutely everything. They break windows; kick in doors; rip paper towels, soap, and toilet paper dispensers off the walls and smash them on the ground. They set fires, carve on picnic tables, write offensive words, and draw disgusting images. They smash toilets, urinals, and sinks, rip partitions off walls, and dump out trash cans. They have even placed marbles on trails in hopes of an injury. They have done about everything you can think of to destroy public property.

Hub City Concert Series - Sam Ness

Sam Ness

Mixing Traditional Folk/Americana roots with a new-age Alternative Singer/Songwriter feel, Sam Ness finds inspiration in the ancient cobblestone streets across the globe.

Sometimes wild and dance-oriented, other moments raw, emotional, and filled with moments of silence, Sam’s show changes every night. His percussive playing, paired with various special effects, including a loop system, has built a sound larger than most full bands.

The concert begins at 7 p.m. in Wenzel Plaza on June 23, 2023.
