Little O.C.Tober was found on Halloween night, nearly 3 decades ago. She was a stray found in a gravel pit. For Marilyn, saving her was an easy choice. They lived happily together for 13 years before O.C. Tober passed away in 2013.
The O.C.Tober fund is a legacy fund dedicated to Marilyn's beloved Shi Tzu with the goal of helping pet parents in difficult financial situations when their pets need emergency medical care.
