I would like to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving here in the USA! I have been luck to find some more Old Growth Honduran Mahogany from a wood shop here in the Buffalo area. All their wood was dry stored, some for 50 years!
This month we have Curly Birch, Curly Cherry, Madagascar Rosewood, Indian Rosewood, and Honduran Mahogany. I also have about 140 spruce soundboards coming, so keep an eye out for those.

Your newsletter asked for more photos. Here’s a dreadnought I finished recently with the Pommel Sapele I got from RC Tonewoods. What’s really unique about this guitar is it has no binding. I set the top and back inside of the rims, in the same manner soundboards are occasionally replaced. The back had to fit well, and I only had to put a 1mm purfling line in. The front I had a little more liberty, as I had a wide purfling scheme. Both the radial purfling and the sound hole rosette are from a bubinga orphan side that you supplied me. The ebony fingerboard, snakewood bridge and neck are also RC Tonewoods.

Peter, that guitar looks great! So glad to see a finished guitar with the Sapele. It is hard to get the true figure in pictures.
