November 2 ~ License to Longarm Special (4pm-7pm)
Special price ~ $25 for a 3 hour class to get you familiarized with the Innova and ready to rent.
November 5 ~ New Owner Training (9am - 3pm)
This is for anyone who wants to learn the basics of machine quilting on the INNOVA. It is offered to new owners to help them become familiar with all of the features of the machine, basic maintenance, use of the Bobbin Chief winder, and free motion quilting. Cost is $75, or free to new owners. Please call to RSVP your attendance, class size is limited.
November 10~12 Intermediate Training (9am - 4pm)
There is still room available in this class. Sign up now before the snow flies!
To complete our continuum of learning, we offer Intermediate Training. New owners are encouraged to attend our 2 or 3 day event after they have become comfortable with the basic use of their longarm and are ready for new ideas and techniques for custom and free motion quilting. Day One is dedicated to Autopilot Mach 3 software training, Day Two focuses on maintenance of the machine, thread play, making design choices and quilting as a business; Day Three involves making your own sampler of 20 (or more) free motion designs!
November 15 ~ Pantovision (10am - 2 pm)
Learn all the ins and outs of this amazing digital tool. Handguided pantographs done from the front of the machine - what will they think of next?
November 18~ Lunch and Learn (12:00 - 1:30)
Microwave Potholder Bowls is our project for November. Julie will demonstrate how to make them and you can bring two fat quarters and make your own.
November 19 ~ Maintenance Class (9am-12pm)
Jeff, Rick and Mark share their expertise in making your longarm quilt like it is brand new.
November 19 ~ QuiltIN! (1pm - 4pm)
How should I quilt this? Join Jamie Wallen and our group of longarm quilters as we delve into a variety of ways to quilt your quilts. Each person can bring one quilt that we will photograph and project for all to see and suggest quilting designs.
