Letter From The Top

Dear Friends,

Good questions plus good answers equal a great purchase.  For instance, do you want stitches that are "good enough" or "perfect"?  Can you point out the difference between a good stitch and a perfect stitch?  Please ask our team to show you the difference.  We have used machines that you might find are "good enough" and new Innova machines that are perfect.  When you know the difference, you'll make a great purchase.

Here are some more good questions: Does buying your longarm locally actually assure you better service?  Are you being advised to set up the machine yourself? Is professional installation offered? How many machines does your local dealer install each year?  Who do I call after 5 PM and on weekends? What training is available?

AQ and Innova cater to your needs with professional installation, prompt service, extensive training and technical support -when you need us 24/7/365.  We've installed machines, trained and supported hundreds of longarm quilters over the past 17 years.

Remember, you only get one opportunity to make a great purchase.

Please call or visit us to share some good questions and good answers so you'll enjoy a great purchase.

We are dedicated to making your longarm quilting easy!

Best regards,
Jeff Benedict

Recently she  finished her Dear Jane quilt and is currently working on a hand pieced scrappy quilt. Stop in the store (or watch our Facebook page) to see Carol's beautiful body of work, many of which were quilted by our team member Julie Lillo.
